- When submitting a job posting, employers must provide a written or electronic document detailing job duties, wages, working hours, and other employment conditions. If urgent job placement is necessary, this information may be disclosed through alternative means.
- A service fee will be charged upon job posting based on the Company's fee schedule. The fee is non-refundable regardless of the success of the employment placement.
2. Job Applications
- The Company accepts job applications for all occupations within Japan. However, applications that violate laws will not be accepted.
- Job seekers must apply in person using the designated application form.
3. Employment Placement Services
- The Company will strive to introduce job seekers to positions that match their preferences and abilities as quickly as possible, respecting their freedom of occupational choice as stipulated in Article 2 of the Employment Security Act.
- The Company will strive to introduce suitable candidates to employers.
- Before an introduction, the Company will provide job seekers with written or electronic documentation regarding job details, wages, working hours, and other conditions. If urgent placement is required, this information may be disclosed through alternative means.
- Once a job posting or job application is received, the Company will take responsibility for the introduction process.
- To maintain neutrality in labor disputes, the Company will not introduce job seekers to employers involved in strikes or lockouts.
- Once employment is confirmed, the employer will be charged an introduction fee based on the Company's fee schedule.
4. Other Regulations
